在全国范围内开展护理专业学生就业指导

　　该活动是中国光华护士基金聘请护理界专家定期在医学院校开展的就业指导培训，每年组织近50场，接受培训人员8万人左右，同时开通网上职业规划和网络就业指导大课堂，通过网络远程教育，将用人单位的用人标准、用人体系提前传递给学生，提供全面的就业指导，提高护理专业学生综合素质，让学生接受最新、最全、符合社会发展需要的实用型人才，成为具有综合素质的优秀护理人员。

　　Nationwide career-planning program for nursing students

　　The China Guanghua Nurse Fund employed nursing professionals to conduct career-planning seminars in more than 50 medical and healthcare schools and more than 80,000 students have benefited from it.

    In addition, the Fund also started an online learning program providing nursing students with long distance learning offering a range of comprehensive programs including how to be productive at work and contribution to society.
